SCULPTRA/AESPLLA
Our AESPLLA/SCULPTRA treatment is a revolutionary approach to facial rejuvenation that combines the benefits of advanced dermal fillers with the unique properties of Sculptra. Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid-based injectable, works by stimulating the skin's natural collagen production, gradually restoring facial volume and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. This minimally invasive procedure offers long-lasting, natural-looking results by enhancing skin texture and elasticity over time. Ideal for those seeking a subtle yet effective transformation, our AESPLLA/SCULPTRA treatment provides a comprehensive solution to achieving a youthful and revitalised appearance with minimal downtime.

Avoid alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours before botox treatments as this will increase the risk of bleeding, swelling and bruising.
Supplements: Avoid taking aspirin, Ibruprofen, St Johns Wart and Fish oil supplements, for 7-10 days before the procedure, as these can increase the risk of bleeding and bruising. Unless prescribed by your doctor.
Pain Management: Take paracetamol (if not contraindicated) 1 hour prior to your appointment to help with any discomfort you may have.
Food: Eat a small meal or a snack before your appointment.

PRE-CARE ADVICE
Massage: You must massage the treated area 5 times a day, for 5 minutes for 5 days following treatment. Failing to do this will result in granulomas (hard lumps) under the skin which are very difficult to remove. If you cannot follow this aftercare do not book in for treatment as you are not a suitable candidate.
Swelling and bruising: Redness, swelling and small lumps are common following Aesplla/Sculptra treatment.
Pain Management: Patients may experience redness and lumps or soreness after their injections, which can be managed with paracetamol if required. Use a cold compress to reduce swelling and bruising but avoid direct ice contact with the skin.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine: avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours following filler injections as this can make swelling and bruising worse and prolong healing.
Exercise and Heat: Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot showers for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
Supplements: Avoid taking aspirin, Ibruprofen, St Johns Wart and Fish oil supplements, following treatment as these can increase the risk of bleeding and bruising. Unless prescribed by your doctor.
Physical exercise: I recommend waiting at least 24 hours after your Botox procedure to partake in any physical exercise.
Sleeping: Propping yourself up to sleep on pillows following treatment can help to reduce the amount of swelling.
